Wonderful place! Martina was incredibly attentive to all our needs. A major storm hit on the day of our arrival and caused quite a few challenges, but Martina made sure everything was sorted out. This was important to us as we were traveling with five kids and a baby. The house is brand new and has everything you could possibly think of and beyond. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely visit again!

This was honestly one of the best Airbnb homes we’ve ever stayed in! The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had absolutely everything we needed—from fully stocked kitchen appliances and supplies to plenty of extra towels and thoughtful little details throughout the home. We had an amazing time and felt completely comfortable during our entire stay. The hosts were wonderful—very responsive, easy to reach, and incredibly helpful with every question we had, both when we arrived and throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The house is 10/10, the hosts are 10/10, and the entire experience was 10/10. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful Lake Anna home!

What a WONDERFUL place to stay! I have stayed at so many Airbnb’s in the past 10 years, but this one is genuinely one of a kind. It all comes down to ATTENTION TO DETAIL. They thought of everything. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything, literally, even down to spices and olive oil. The activities provided keep you entertained for days. The space allows you to host big families or reunions comfortably without even noticing. Direct beach access, private boat dock, kayaks, paddle boards, floaties, life vests, everything is thought of! The grill runs out of propane, no problem, there is a replacement in the garage. Shampoos, conditioners, body wash, laundry detergent, I can go on and on. If all this wasn’t enough, you have the most thoughtful and kindest hosts ever. We accidentally logged out of the xbox account, they instantly provided it. We didn’t understand the grill, they came immediately and helped us, they accommodated every request and question with a big smile. MUST TRY!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and could not have asked for a more comfortable or well-appointed home. The house was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally well stocked with everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the thoughtful amenities and abundance of entertainment options made it easy to enjoy spending time at the house. We especially appreciated how much attention had clearly been given to making guests feel at home—the kitchen and living spaces were well equipped, and there was no shortage of things to do. The lake front was private and beautiful, with abundant options for kayaking, swimming or equipment rentals. It was the perfect place for our family getaway, and we genuinely did not want to leave. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped vacation rental!

Our family of eight (2 adults, 2 teens, and 4 kids) had a wonderful stay at this Lake Anna home. The house was exactly as advertised, and everything matched the listing photos and description. One of the biggest surprises was how well equipped the kitchen was. We enjoy cooking together on vacation, and this home had the best cookware we've ever experienced in a rental. It made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bedding was high quality. There were plenty of floats for everyone to enjoy, and the fishing right from the property was a lot of fun for both the kids and adults. The only advice we'd give future guests is to reserve a boat as early as possible. Rentals on the private side of Lake Anna can be limited, especially during the busy season, so booking ahead is well worth it. Overall, this is an outstanding property that exceeded our expectations. We'd happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway.

This was the perfect lake house vacation home! Martina was the most communicative and responsive host! The incredibly luxurious home is located in a serene and peaceful setting! The home itself was so clean, and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time. Fully stocked kitchen with ample cooking supplies and the cleaning supplies and toiletries were plentiful! All of the towels and lines were high quality. The bedding was very comfortable and better than a Five star hotel! It was the cleanest home we have ever rented. The dock is spacious and offered room for fishing and relaxing on the deck at the same time. The kayak and paddle board provided were so convenient and well utilized by our family. The location on the lake is so peaceful!! At times it felt as through we rented our own private lake. Minimal boat and jet ski traffic so you could truly relax, float and swim around the cove and surrounding lake area. We spent nights sitting around the firepit and watching the moon reflecting onto the lake. We found the local stores super close and convenient to get to but most everything you needed could also be delivered to the door step by third party delivery services if you would rather enjoy your time by the lake instead of getting in the car. This was truly the most amazing place to stay! We are looking forward to renting again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

We had the best stay here! Martina and the other hosts were so responsive, kind, and helpful the entire time. They even left us toys and other thoughtful goodies, which was such a sweet surprise and made us feel so welcome. The property is absolutely beautiful, and honestly, the pictures don’t even do it justice. We spent so much time outside enjoying the gorgeous yard and relaxing around the fire pit. It was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already hoping to come back soon. We’d absolutely recommend staying here to anyone. Five stars without a doubt!

Wow- we absolutely loved our stay here! The host was friendly and super responsive, providing helpful information and local recommendations. The space was squeaky clean with high quality linens and furniture. The kitchen was a dream! I’ve cooked in a lot of airbnbs and this was by far the best one I’ve ever used. Anything you could possibly need was provided. We had 4 young kids in our group (3 and under) and never had any safety concerns. The house isn’t childproofed in a traditional sense (think outlet covers or cabinet locks) BUT it was easy to keep the kids away from anything potentially dangerous. We appreciated the blackout curtains and night light in the bunk bed room. We also appreciated that the upper deck was a closed area (only way down is through the porch and then the door) so we could all enjoy the space out there without worry. We loved the little sandy beach for digging/playing and going out on the kayak. And the views- amazing!! Would definitely stay here again!
